Order Confirmation
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order was received and includes a copy of your invoice (arrives immediately upon submission of order).
- The second confirms that your order was shipped. You can also check the current status of your order online .
Order Status
To view the status of your order, click Orders Management or click here. Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account.Status Types:
Processed: indicates that your order has been placed and is waiting to be processed.
Processing: indicates that your payment has been received.
Failed: the payment transaction could not be processed.
Complete: all work on the order has been completed.

Order Tracking
To view your tracking information, click Orders Management or click here . Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account.On the Orders Management page, you will see a list of all current and past orders. Click on the Order # to see the order details. At the bottom of the Orders Detail page, click the "Track It" link to retrieve the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service.
